IGCC Conference to be held in China in April
IGCC Outlook China 2010 - Uncovering the Growth Area and the Challenges Faced in IGCC and CCS Development

IGCC Outlook China 2010, held from 15-16th April 2010, will focus on IGCC development in China. The conference will cover a number of key issues, including:
- How to commercialise IGCC power plants?
- Is the poly-generation of electricity, chemicals and fuels the optimal business model to operate IGCC power plants?
- What can we learn from the demo plants across China?
- What is the current status of key IGCC equipment in China?
- What are the challenges in constructing and commercialising IGCC CCS power plants? What will be the future landscape?
Around 150 professionals from the global IGCC industry will be attending the event, including regulators, power generation companies, coal/coal chemical enterprises, energy producers and equipment and technology suppliers.
The World Coal Institute is one of the endorsers of the event, alongside the Global Carbon Capture and Storage Institute (GCCSI) and Carbon Capture and Storage Association (CCSA).
