WCI & CO2CRC Work Together on CCS Map21 October 2009 In June this year, the World Coal Institute launched its new website which featured a number of new resources, including an interactive map of carbon capture and storage projects worldwide. To keep the map as accurate and up-to-date as possible, the WCI has partnered with the Australian Cooperative Research Centre for Greenhouse Gas Technologies (CO2CRC). CO2CRC is one of the world's leading collaborative research organisations focused on CO2 capture and geological storage. |

New CCS Website12 October 2009 The European Technology Platform for Zero Emission Fossil Fuel Power Plants (ZEP) embarked on a project in February 2009 to launch a new public website which would seek to engage audiences and stakeholders on the many issues surrounding CCS. The idea was to create a platform where questions could be asked and answers provided, while showing visitors the breadth and depth of the CCS stakeholder community. |
